Dressing Pig, Chicken and Fish for the imu
Our kupuna used every part of an animal they slaughtered. Take part in this demonstration as the Hoe family shares their knowledge of cleaning pig, chicken and fish for edible consumption. Please note: this workshop will be conducted at an off-site location. If you decide to attend this experience, be prepared to get your hands dirty, this is not a supermarket experience!
