‘Aha ‘Ohana
Aha ʻOhana recognizes the universal core of society: the family unit. The ‘Aha ‘Ohana movement is composed of kāne, wahine, māhū, kupuna, ʻōpio, and keiki. Together we acknowledge the foundation of a thriving family to be healthy communication, strong relationships, and a sense of identity that positively influences the social determinants of health and well-being among all family members. Together as one ʻohana and through the extension of partnerships, we will provide instruction on various topics related to health, language, economics, housing, kupuna, and veteran affairs during the ʻaha.
ʻAha ‘Ohana Virtual sparks the evolution of restorative change, virtually, within the family as we redefine our roles and responsibilities that align to our traditional values, beliefs & practices. For all videos, visit facebook.com/ahaohana.org & instagram.com/aha_ohana
